Recruitment Staff 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Responsible for all recruitment function from create an advertisement, sourcing suitable candidates based on Recruitment Requirement Form, scheduling Candidates for psychotest and interview, handling psychotest, making reports, scheduling User interview, until placement.

·         Responsible for all recruitment administrations, assessment for promotion, mutation, demotion, etc.
 

Requirements

·         Age 22-26 years old.

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology.

·         Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, conduct psychotest, conduct interview, Assessment.

·         Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

·         At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Cikupamas Tangerang

·         Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

·         Full-Time position(s) available.
