JOB DESCRIPTION
• Receive incoming calls and outgoing calls serve
• Receive incoming mail, recorded in the log book and forwarded to the relevant Department
• Receiving guests and provide the information needed
• Regulates the use of the meeting room
Requirements:
• Female, age maximum 27 years
• Minimum D3 Secretary or Administration
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Ability to communicate well
• Able to speak English
• Energetic, highly motivated, hardworking and oriented towards services
