JOB DESCRIPTION
• Plan for employee performance evaluation, establish a mechanism for assessment, evaluation and development work, the implementation of a code of conduct for staff
• Liaise with department heads / other functional to understand all necessary aspects and needs tbsp development, and to ensure that they are fully informed about the objectives, purposes and achievements tbsp
• Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution of, policies etc.
qualifications:
• Women
• Age 28-35 years
• Minimum 2 years experience in Review HR and payroll (make sp, employment contract, employee presence, etc.)
• Understand uu employment, BPJS, psychological (preferred)
• Able to work with external parties
• Assertive, honest and have high discipline
• Willing to be placed in Grogol, West Jakarta
