Suzuki Indonesia - Suzuki is one of the largest automotive companies in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. The Company is the brand holder of Suzuki in Indonesia, both Automobile, Motorcycle and Marine. The Company running business in the field of manufacturing and distributing of all Suzuki brands in Indonesia. Suzuki is present in Indonesia through its affiliates, PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor (Sole Agent) and PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (sole distributor). Suzuki has been present in the Indonesia since 1970 through PT Indohero Steel & Engineering Co. At present, Suzuki Indonesia has 6 production facilities and supported by the Service Directorate and Suzuki Parts Centre in Tambun Bekasi.

Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, Suzuki Indonesia now is seeking the candidates who are interested to learn and gaining hands-on experience in automotive business

Training Service (Code : SSP014)

Requirements
Age around 27-35 years old.
Have a bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Management, Human Resource.
At least 3 years experience in related position.
Possess excellent presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
Computer literate, minimum familiar with Microsoft Office.
Good level in English is an advantage.

Fleet Direct Sales (Code : MKB008)

Requirements
Female/Male, with maximum age of 35 years old.
Have a bachelor or master degree from reputable university in all major.
Preferably experienced in the field of sales for at least 3 years and strong understanding in POAC.
Strong interest in automotive industry.
Team player, independent, and able to work under pressure.
Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
Good level in English (oral & written) with TOEFL score min. 500.
Able to drive (has driving license/ SIM A).

Sales Area Development (Code : SLB003)

Requirements
Male, with maximum age of 30 years old.
Have a bachelor or master degree from reputable university in all major.
At least 3 years of working experience in the same field (bachelor degree) and 1 year of experience in the same field (master degree).      
Having an exposure in sales operation will be useful.
Self driven, resilient and agility.
Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle.
Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
Good level in English (oral & written) with TOEFL score min. 500.
Have driving licenses (SIM A) and Willing to travel.

Corporate Indentity Staff (Code : MKB007)

Requirements
Age around 23-30 years old
Have a bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Architecture.
At least 3 years experience in related field.
Familiar with AutoCAD, Scetchup and Microsoft.
Able to read design
Possess excellent analysis, leadrship and problem solving skills.
Able to lead in meeting and to coordinate with consultant, dealer and vendor.
Understand SOP.
Good level in English will be an advantage.

Trainer Body & Paint Service Engineering (Code : SSP005)

Requirements
Male, age around 27-35 years old.
Have a bachelor degree from reputable university in Engineering.
At least 3 years of working experience in Body & Paint Workshop.
In depth knowledge of automotive workshop will be an assets.
Firm understanding of Body & Paint flow process.
Excellent in workshop management.
Able to create Body & Paint training.
Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office.
Have a good presentation skill.
Good level in English will be an advantage.

Customer Relation Supervisor (Code : SSP012)

Requirements
Female, age around 22-35 years old.
Have a bachelor degree from reputable university in Management.
At least 5  years experience in related field.
Having good knowledge on automotive will be an advantage.
Possess excellent basic customer satisfaction and communication skills.
Able to implement PDCA, 5W1H and time management at work
Good level in English will be an advantage.
Willing to travel for official / business trips

Budget and Payment Control (Code : FIN002)

Requirements
Male, age around 25 28 years old
Have a bachelor or master degree from reputable university in Accounting.
At least 3 years of working experience in the field of finance and accounting especially in Account Payable
Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
Have an understanding of tax regulation (tax invoice, PPN, PPh23).
Able to create good report.
Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and Graphic).
Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax.
Possess excellent communication skill
Good looking.
Good level in English will be an advantage.

Data Analyst (Code : SLA003)

Requirements
Age around 25 30 years old.
Have a bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Marketing, Management, Mathematics or Statistic.
At least 1 year of working experience as data analyst.
Excellent in analysis data and mathematics.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and data analysis softwares.
Have independent skill, broad knowledge and problem solving skill.
Good level in English and Japanesse will be an advantage.

Service Training Development (Code : SSP003)

Requirements
Male/Female, with maximum age of 30 years old.
Have a bachelor or master degree from reputable university in Accunting or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the same field.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Able to drive (has driving license/ SIM A).
Able to design HR requirements (HRPD) for dealers and Internal Service Training.

Service Area Representative Engineering (Code : SSP002)

Requirements
Male/Female, single with maximum age of 32 years old.
Have a bachelor or master degree from reputable university in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
At least 2 years of working experience in the same field.
Strong interest in automotive industry.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Have driving license/SIM A.
Fluent in English.
Possess excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Able to motivate and have business spirit.
Able to work in a team.
