PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk - Bank BJB is a leading publicly listed regional development banks in Indonesia, based in Bandung West Java. The Bank and is controlled by the Regional Government of West Java and Banten. The majority of Bank BJB's shares is owned by the West Java provincial government and the West Java municipal governments,  with shares of 38.26% and 23.61% percent, respectively. Other remaining shares was owned by the Banten Provincial Government (5.37%), the Banten municipal Goverments (7.76%), and public (25%). At present, Bank BJB has 62 branches, 304 sub branches, 266 cash offices, 107 payment points, 11 mobile cash units and also 1,139 proprietary ATMs in all over Indonesia.

Junior Staff (Administrasi & Pemasaran)
Frontliner (Teller & Customer Service)

General Requirements

• Neat and attractive appearance.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Retirement age up to 36 years.
• Have no family relationship with the employees of Bank BJB up to 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
• Willing to be assigned in all working units of Bank BJB.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Have a diploma degree (D3) with minimum GPA of 2.75 (already graduated).
• Preferably fluent in English both oral and written.
• Able to operate Computer (minimum Microsoft Office).
• For Frontliner position, preferably Female.
• Single/not married and willing to not married for 1 year.
