JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Maximum 28 Years Old

·         Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management from reputable university

·         Minimum Have 1 year working experience as recruiter or from pyscholgy consulting

·         Have a good administration skill, comunication skill and negosiation skill

·         Have a good personality, hardwork and honest and able to work undepressure, high motivation

·         Able to work independent with minimum supervison and multitasking

·         Excellent in using psychological tools for assesment and make a psycholgical report

·         Excellent computer skill ( Excell, Word and Ms Visio)

·         Willing to travel arround Indonesia if needeed
