Customer Service Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Create and implement a monthly work plan for a potential customer searches based on set targets.
• Support the marketing of products (funds, services and other products) to offer an alternative product that is right, according to customer needs.
• Provide quality service to customers who come to the branch in accordance with the provisions and procedures.
• Exploring the needs of customers.
• Provide information / explanation to date to customers / non-customers.
• Receive request:
o Opening an account.
o Closing the account.
o Provision / revocation of the facility.
o Changes in customer data and account data.
o Service other bank services.
• Undertake cross selling of products and services.
• Serving balance inquiries and customer account that comes to the branch.
• Serving transaction printing / making a book of Cheque / BG, Giro Deposit, repulsion clearing slips, bank statement, passport card BCA Syariah and other matters relating to the interests of customers.
• Create a manual journal of transactions that occurred in Customer Service.
• Handle and follow up on complaints / customer complaints.
• Age 20 s.d 27 years

• The knowledge that must be possessed
o Knowledge of Islamic banking products.
o Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism for Commercial Banks.
• Work Experience
o Have at least 3 years experience as a Customer Service Bank, preferably have experience as a Customer Service Bakti BCA.
