JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conduct of inputting into the system at the request of the account opening submission for each bank products.
• Record and archive all incoming data on each account opening bank products.
• Run the procedure KYC (Know Your Customer).
• Inventory of all data or documents (authentication data) were correlated with the customer service area of the working unit.
• Running the data updating procedures for all customer data or documents.
• Preparing everything to do with the payment at the counter teller transactions such as:
• Taking into account the supply of cash daily.
• Perform teller inputting of all transactions both cash and non-cash to the bank's computer system.
• Being the starting gate in the bank safeguards to prevent the circulation of money and paper (check / bank draft) is false.
• To examine the inputted transactions which include: transaction data, the writing on the slip completeness of applications, transaction amount and verification of the customer's signature.
• Running on a tag function in cross-selling banking products
