Job Description 

• Implement and evaluate the implementation of the assessment 

• Monitor the quality of the vendor assessment 

• Implement, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Talent Development program 

• Prepare current data to support the implementation of the People Review 

• To measure the increase in competence 

• Develop and evaluate generic modelkompetensi 

Qualification 

• S1 Department of Psychology 

• 1-2 years experience as HR Supervisor (Recruitment, OD or People Development) 

• Have good analytical power 

• Communicate good 

• Have an interest to learn new things
