HR Services
JOB DESCRIPTION
·
Receive and control
the invoicing process for all invoices received by HR
·
Check, control and
ensure payment of invoices in accordance with the terms of payment.
·
Making a recap and
review of reports received and the invoice has been paid for the monthly
report.
·
Manage and control the
procurement baranng ATK, Pantry Suplies and Cleaning Equipment, and other
office needs.
·
Making and reviewing
the Draft Agreement.
·
Organize and manage
documents HR Shared Services.
·
Expenses monthly
report consisting of invoices received.
·
Up date and actual
monthly budget.
·
Create and control the
time table for all the invoices that the invoice according to the period.
·
Create reports phone
usage charges, electricity and water.
Requirements:
·
Candidate must possess
at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
·
At least 2 year(s) of
working experience in the related field is required for this position. Allowed
for Fresh Graduates.
·
Applicants must be
willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
·
Preferably Staff
(non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or
equivalent.
·
