Recruitment (REC) 

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conduct recruitment process, from searching the candidate, the candidate selection tests, arrange for an interview with the user (users)
• Administer the selection process proceeds along a pre employee screening
• Conducting interviews before a candidate is forwarded to the user
• To input the data and sending letters to candidates who do not fit the needs of management (letter repulsion)
• Preparing for recruitment activities (job fair, mass interviews, campus hiring, etc.)
• Make a weekly report to update prekrutan
• Monitor the budget employees every month until the end of the year
• Maintain and preserve all materials and all documents recruitment recruitment

Requirements:
 
• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimum S1 all majors, preferably majoring in Psychology
• Have experience in the field of Human Resources at least 3 years of banking as a recruiter
• Have a working discipline, high integrity, good interpersonal skills ability
• Have a good network and relationship
• English communication skills with both orally and in writing
• Have the ability to work in a team and able to work under pressure
