General Requirements:

·         Age maximum 30 years old

·         Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) psychology or law

·         Having minimum 1 year experience as HR & GA in reputable companies

·         Understand Labor Law, HR Procedure & Policy

·         Good interpersonal, and communication skills

·         Proficient in MS office application

·         Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill

·         Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
