JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
·
Recruiting Staffs -
this includes preparing job adverts, screening candidates application, checking
application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
·
Working closely with
departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to
understand and implement policies and procedures;
·
Promoting equality and
diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;
·
Liaising with a wide
range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health
and safety;
·
Developing and
implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance
management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence
management;
·
Advising on pay and
other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
·
Developing with line
Supervisor HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff
requirements;
·
Planning, and
sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
Requirements:

Fresh graduates are
most welcome.

Good looking and
attractive.
·
Bachelor's Degree,
Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
·
Able to speak English
fluently.
·
At least 1 year(s) of
working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·
Preferably Staff
(non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or
equivalent.
·
The highest salary is
only for candidate who have working experiences specifically as HR officer.
