Kementerian Pemuda dan
Olahraga Republik Indonesia - Kemenpora is the Ministry of
Youth and Sports of Republic of Indonesia. Kemenpora is the Indonesian government ministry which oversees
the youth and sports affairs. Kemenpora was previously known as Kementerian
Negara Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kemenegpora) or the State Minister for Youth and
Sports Affairs. Kemenpora
is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl Gerbang
Pemuda No 3 Senayan Jakarta 10270. Since January 2013, Roy Suryo Notodiprojo
(Popular names Roy Suryo) was appointed by the President Susilo Bambang
Yudhoyono as the Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora), replacing Andi
Mallarangeng who resigned in December 2012.
