Teller Operation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Jobs Description :
·
Identify customers,
validate and check cash
·
Accept cash for
deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip
·
Identify counterfeit
banknotes
·
Process cash
withdrawals
·
Cheque encashment
·
Record all
transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
·
Buy and sell banknotes
from the vault at right amount, make sure the limit of the currency at the
teller is not exceeded
·
Balance cash in cash
drawer at end of day
·
Ensure compliance with
all internal controls and established policies and procedures
·
Answer basic questions
from customer about the bank service, including service charges, regulations
and customer service policies
·
Respond to client
inquiries promptly and effectively
·
Other duties as
assigned.

Requirement

at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any
field.

At least 3 year(s) of
working experience in the related field is required for this position.
