JOB DESCRIPTION

Generate and print
Statement of Account
·
Prepare and send
Statement of Account to the tenants including the receipts
·
Assist to prepare data
as needed
·
Prepare Reminders,
memo to Terminate Electricity Connection and Reconnect Electricity
·
Prepare letters to the
tenants
·
Maintain Annual Leave
record of the Tenant Relation Team
·
Prepare training hours
report of Tenant Relations Team
·
Assist to follow up
Insurance
·
To perform any other
administrative work
·
To perform other task
as assigned by Superior or Management
Job Requirement
·
Age averate 23 - 28
years
·
Experienced in administration
minimum 1 year is preferable, but fresh graduate is also welcome
·
Minimum education
D3/S1 Finance/Accounting, profiency in English min. passive
·
Profiency in computer
skills (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
·
Neat, representable,
good looking, and good personality
·
Have a good voice and
communication
·
Fast learner and
reliable
