III. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Indonesian citizen.
Not addicted to narcotics / like.
There was never sentenced to prison or jail based on court decisions that have had a binding legal force. Because doing something criminal act.
There was never dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as CPNS / PNS, TNI / Police, Employees state / local enterprises or never dismissed for a foul / penalty for private employees.
Not located as a candidate for Civil Servants or the Civil Service.
Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
Applicants are graduates:
a. S1 Degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (two point seven five) (special to Papua grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.50)
b. Diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (two point seven five) (special to Papua grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.50)
Age on 1 September 2014:
a. Minimum of 18 years and maximum 30 years for degree * 1
b. Least 18 years and Maximum 25 Years for Diploma III
IV. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Applicants apply online through the website of the National Selection Committee http://panselnas.menpan.go.id to get a username and password.
Registration is done through http://sscn.bkn.go.id/index.html address with the username and password obtained through the mechanism at point 1 to get a Registration Card. Registration is open from 13 September 2014 till date dated 27 September 2014.
Included in the application file folder for the yellow color degree * 1 and the color green for Diploma III, outside the map is written:

Application file consists of:
a. Cover letter stamped Rp.6000, - addressed to the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia.
b. Photocopy of diploma and final transcripts that have been legalized by the competent authority.
c. Copy of Police Notes that have been legalized.
d. Photocopy of Birth Certificate / Birth Letter know.
e. The certificate of able-bodied, not color blind, not deaf and not tattooed on Physician Government Hospital.
f. Statement letter would be placed throughout Indonesia and other agencies are not bound by both the Government and SOEs with stamp Rp. 6000, -.
g. Proof print / print Registration Card.
h. Photocopy of Identity Card is still valid.
i. Blue base color photographs measuring 3 x 4 cm 2 pieces (for examinees card).
