Accountabilities :
• Establishment and maintenance of client database
• Support senior colleagues in following up of marketing assignments.
• Assist in securing marketing appointments from vendors
• Assist in creating and maintaining customer relationship management program
Candidate requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree
• Experienced as database administrator and customer relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in operating a database management software
• Excellent in organizing database and Microsoft office
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and communications skills
• A high passion & knowledge for property
• Thorough and strive for details
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree
