Hotel Ibis Jakarta Tamarin located in the heart of Jakarta, the attractive and destination place in the city centre of Jakarta, has 126 rooms, with the La Table Restaurant, and 6 meeting rooms. It is only 1 hour from Soekarno – Hatta International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to the General Manager, conducts and supervises the operations of the hotel
- Supervises outlet chefs and commissary kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
- Assists the outlet management teams in the preparation and implementation of their annual outlet marketing plans.
Skills & Experience
- Strong business acumen and have ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunity
- Ability to implement strategic Action Plan
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
- Speed and efficiency
- Good managerial, presentation and motivational skills
- Excellent English both oral and written
- High motivation, self-driven and high commitment
- Commitment to the job
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and loyal and honest
