JOB DESCRIPTION
• Plan for employee performance evaluation, establish a mechanism for assessment, evaluation and development work, the implementation of a code of conduct for staff
• Liaise with the Head of Department / Functional others to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure that they are fully informed about the objectives, purposes and achievements of HR
• Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution of, policies etc.
qualifications
• Age 28-35 years
• Minimum 2 years experience in Review HR and payroll (made SP, Employment Contracts, Employee Presence, etc.)
• Understanding Labor Law, BPJS, Psychotest
• Able to work with external parties
• Assertive, honest and have high discipline
• Willing to be placed in Grogol, West Jakarta
