Admin Officer 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         This role provides administrative support to the team of Consumer Lifestyle business unit, as
·         follows:
o    Manage the submission of invoices to business partners
o    Track & ensure the spending of trading term is in line with the plan and approval from
o    Philips team
o    Monitoring Purchase Order from business partners (correct price & discount) & deliver to
o    Order Desk
o    Handle incoming query from business partners and do coordination on that with related
o    parties
o       Assist related parties in correspondence to business partners. If required, you shall move on field to send out invoices to relevant parties
o    Other ad-hoc tasks

We are looking for:

·         Preferably bachelor-degree holder from accredited University
·         At least 2-year experience in administration function. Having experience in related parties is an advantage
·         Excellent ability to operate Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
·         Strong integrity and sense of urgency
·         Detailed, organized with positive “can-do” attitude
·         Proactive, independent with ability to work in a team
·         Good communication skill. Ability to communicate in English is a plus
