VAC4636 - Network Architect (Radio Access Network)

Requirements
• Minimum education of a B.Sc. in IT/Telecoms/EE, preferably M.Sc in IT/Telecoms/EE.
• At least 5 years of working experience in relevant network design departments in the telecommunication industry.
• Preferably having work experience in a number of companies in the telecommunication industry
• Excellent level of English proficiency is a must
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess excellent problem analysis and solving skills
• Strong ability to convince decision makers.
• Motivated, curious and inquisitive to learn new things.
• Highly creative: be able to come up with new ideas and concepts.

VAC4635 - Senior Radio Network Optimization Engineer

Requirements
• Minimum education of a B.Sc. in Telecoms/EE, preferably M.Sc in Telecoms/EE.
• Preferably experienced in the telecommunication industry.
• At least 5 years of working experience in relevant network Optimization areas and experience in a senior position in relevant network optimization areas in the telecommunication industry.
• Advanced knowledge of GSM, UMTS, WLAN and LTE network principles and design.
• Advanced knowledge of Radio Access networks features and functionalities.
• In depth analysis of Network Problems assigned to Network Optimization.
• Strong knowledge and experience in following areas :
o Telecommunications principles and practices.
o Optimization process and strategy
o Processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile networks;
o Running a RFI/RFQ process and managing external suppliers.
o Transmission concepts, topologies and network architectures
o Ttelecommunications principles and practices
o Processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile/fixed networks
