In Indonesia, Pepsi was produced by PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage, factory in Purwakarta, West Java. The company is a joint-venture between PepsiCo United States with Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Indonesia. Currently PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage produce Pepsi-Cola beverages Pepsi, 7 Up, Mirinda, Gatorade, Tropicana Twister, and Fruitamin Tekita.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Others, Psychology or equivalent.

·         Maximum 35 years old

·         Required skill(s): microsoft excel, compensation and benefit, industrial relation, labor law, recruitment and placement, training and development, General Administration, General Affair.

·         Good Communication, leadership, and team work

·         Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

·         At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators.
