Personal Assistant 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Provide discreet personal assistance and secretarial support

·         Manage and handle all aspect of local and overseas confidential correspondences

·         Coordinate logistics needs for business trips, meeting schedule

·         Develop, organize and maintain office filling

Requirements:

·         Age 25 - 30 years old

·         Education minimum Diploma in Secretary or S1 in any major

·         Minimum 2 years experience in same position

·         Advance in english (both oral and written)

·         Good computer skill (ms office)

·         Capable in handling secretarial duties

·         Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document and able to perform multi tasking skill

·         Attractive & pleasant personality

·         Smart, Pro-active & strong interpersonal skill
