Account Receivable (AR)  

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Folow up outstanding/overdue AR  from customer

·         Follow up the payment discrepancies

·         Ensure all outstanding debt is collectible as per due date

·         Ask DC Confirmation about the return goods to create CN

·          Update monthly A/R Outstanding file

·         Proper filling of AR document

Requirements:

·         Share the same value as the Company

·         Background in accounting with 1 - 2 years experience as AR

·         Familiar with accounting integrated system will be an asset

·         Possessing collaborative qualities to works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team

·         Able to work independently within tight deadline

·         Having knowledge of Indonesian general tax will be an asset

·         Understanding English is preferable
